What are your products made from?
Our cast décor pieces are handcrafted from a gypsum-based casting material with a smooth, matte finish. Each piece is mixed, poured and finished by hand in Christchurch, New Zealand.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Because every piece is handmade, slight variations in colour, texture and tiny air bubbles may occur. These are part of the beauty and uniqueness of handcrafted décor.
How long will my order take?
Please allow 3–7 business days for us to create and prepare your order before shipping. Delivery time is additional. During busy periods, preparation may take a little longer, and we’ll let you know if there is a delay.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout New Zealand, with plans to offer international shipping in the future.
How do I care for my décor?
Our pieces are designed for indoor decorative use. To keep them looking their best, simply wipe with a soft, damp cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners or prolonged exposure to water.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Absolutely! Our handmade pieces make thoughtful gifts for housewarmings, birthdays or a little something just because. Every order is carefully packaged to help your pieces arrive safely.
